Terms of Use & Service Agreement

1. Scope of Services & Engagement

GT4P Solutions specializes in enterprise software engineering, responsive web applications, cross-platform mobile apps, cloud backends, and conversational AI agents (WhatsApp/Telegram). Every engagement includes:

• • Detailed Statement of Work (SOW) defining sprint milestones, deliverables, and architecture.
• • Dedicated staging and sandbox environments for milestone verification before production release.
• • Comprehensive technical documentation and clean, maintainable, standard-compliant codebases.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

GT4P firmly believes in complete client ownership of custom engineering:

• • Upon milestone payment completion, 100% of custom source code, designs, and project artifacts are transferred exclusively to the client.
• • GT4P retains ownership of generic utility libraries, scaffold templates, and pre-existing frameworks, granting the client a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them.

3. Client Responsibilities & Credentials

To ensure smooth milestone execution and timely delivery, the client agrees to:

• • Provide necessary business logic, credentials, and third-party API keys within agreed schedules.
• • Review milestone deliverables and provide feedback within the agreed inspection period (typically 5–7 business days).
• • Comply with upstream service policies (e.g., Meta WhatsApp Business terms, OpenAI usage policies).

4. Prohibited Uses & System Conduct

Clients and users are strictly prohibited from utilizing GT4P platforms or solutions for:

• • Unsolicited spam messaging or violating anti-spam telecommunications regulations.
• • Attempting Denial-of-Service attacks, unauthorized penetration testing, or vulnerability scanning against GT4P servers.
• • Prompting or deploying AI models to generate fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful material.

5. Post-Launch Warranty & Maintenance Period

All custom software projects include a post-launch warranty window starting from production launch date (30 to 90 days depending on contract scope):

• • Free remediation of any software defects or discrepancies against the agreed functional specification.
• • The warranty excludes issues caused by third-party code tampering or newly requested features outside the original SOW.

6. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Dependencies

GT4P is not liable for disruptions caused by upstream cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS, Cloudflare) or third-party AI API outages (e.g., OpenAI, Meta). We engineer high-availability architectures and multi-region failovers to minimize client exposure.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial and electronic transaction laws of Egypt. In the event of any dispute, both parties commit to good-faith commercial negotiation and mediation prior to formal legal proceedings.
